Hamburg FIDE Grand Prix 2019
The FIDE Hamburg Grand Prix is taking place in the Kehrwieder Theater in Hamburg, Germany. November 5-17 2019.
The 16-player knockout is the 3rd of four legs of the 22-player Grand Prix series that will determine two places in the 2020 Candidates Tournament.
Each round consists of two classical games and is followed by tie-break games if necessary. (shorter time control)
Game play 90 minutes for 40 moves then 30 minutes for the rest of the game, plus 30-seconds per move starting from move 1.
