I had my  work cut out for me this Tournament  .. I Played a Gambit..A Save…A Loss.. played into a Perpetual Check when up and winning …. Then the show down with the “1400” rated 4th grader..

THE SAVE: My opponent went undefeated I can see why.. She’s good!

Kd8 was the intended move but I played Kd7…

Well guess what happens next..Check..Now the Stress test begins, I dropped 2 pawns and believe was down another further on ..my notation is way off from this point ..but managed to push on through the game which lasted over 70 moves .. Here is how it ended..
